The visit to Attu Island at the western end of Alaska's Aleutian Islands was my first chance to try out the beta version of X-Plane 9 at a fly-in. As it's a beta, several glitches (such as the huge square airport lights) still exist and performance isn't quite what it should be, especially with pixel shaders... but hopefully these issues will be resolved soon. Anyway, the screenshots for this fly-in are now in 1920 x 1200 resolution, since X-Plane 9 added support for high-res shots among other things. Real time settings were used for all but the first flight.
