| Unloading from the ferry in Puttgarden, Germany, when all of a sudden the queue is stopped and this helicopter swoops in from behind the treetops! | It's a Bundespolizei Eurocopter 135... and it's landing right in front of the queue! | In less than three minutes' time the police helicopter took off again and departed. I'm not sure if they picked someone up, as there were large trucks blocking the view ahead and the police got everything done very quickly. |

| A Raytheon Sentinel passes by, on approach to another airfield nearby | An old biplane seen above Salisbury, Wiltshire... at first glance it looked like a Stampe SV-4, but it must have actually been a Tiger Moth enroute to the Queen's Birthday Flight at nearby RAF Halton on the following day (see other gallery for more shots) | |

| Departing traffic at the hellhole of an airport known as London Stansted. We were picking up one of my two brothers, who had arrived for a week's visit to England. Parking was impossible to find, and the pickup area was barricaded! | Harrier jump jet in front of a collection of military gear in Norfolk | A week later my brother flew back to Finland in a Ryanair jet like this one (I wasn't able to photograph the actual plane, thanks to the lack of functional parking system at Stansted) |
